1. Step by step to purchase XProxy subscripton.
First, you can find a feature and pricing comparison table for each subscription on our Pricing page. This helps you pick the subscription that
suits your needs best.
There are 4 steps to purchase subscription:
- Visit the My Device page on Menu. From
there, you can select the specific device you wish to subscribe to.
- Hit the Purchase Plan button. If you don't see this button, you might need
to activate
license of device first. Follow the instruction of active
license in our guide.
- Choose Your Subscription Details:
- Select your preferred plan from the available options.
- Specify the number of modems or dongles you'll need.
- Choose the duration that works best for you.
- Once you've made your selections, go ahead and click the Subscribe Now button to complete the process. If your balance isn't sufficient, we have the instruction on how to
deposit to XProxy account in our guide .
After completing the subscription, take a moment to review the invoice for your newly
purchased subscription. You can access this invoice through the Balance page.
2. Step by step to upgrade XProxy subscripton.
Upgrading your subscription won't waste your money. We calculate the cost difference based on
your remaining subscription time. So, you'll only pay for what you use. No unnecessary fees.
We're here to ensure you get the most value without any financial worries.
The subscription upgrade is flexible, with 3 options:
- Upgrade plan: do not change the expiration date and items, only upgrade plan from Basic to Premium or from Premium to Business. Upgrade fee is based on the remaining days of the subscription.
- Upgrade items : do not change the expiration date and plan, only upgrade item number. Upgrade fee is based on the remaining days of the subscription.
- Upgrade all: allow to upgrade plan, item, duration. The expiration date will be calculated according to upgrade date. So for the upgrade all, we'll charge the upgrade fee as the difference between the cost of the new plan and the remaining days of the old plan.
