- The pricing above does not include hardware.
- We separate hardware and software pricing to support customers who already have hardware and customers who don't.

- Each dongle will generate up to 2 IPs (1 IPv4 and 1 IPv6) at a time. We can create multiple proxies, but it can only connect to one of the two IPs above.
So, if each dongle/sim is supported IPv6 then we can create one more IPv6 proxy, by default there is always one IPv4 proxy.
- With business plan, you can create customize proxies with Shared Proxies function.
It will help you create dozens, even hundreds proxies each dongle, but all of these proxies have to connect to 1 or at most 2 types of IP above.

By rotating IP functions, you can generate hundreds of IPs per day for every modem you have.
XProxy software guarantee that the IP after changing will be different from the previous one, this will keep the proxy always fresh.

- Yes, the format of proxies created by XProxy can be used optionally.
You can leave the format as you like user:pass@ip:port or ip:port and use IP authentication (do not use a password), all are provided by us.

- The Lifetime license is designed for customers who are used to XProxy, and they also don't need further support from us after first year of use.
- This is a super economical license, so you can use the our service for a lifetime.
- Lifetime license is required for a one-time payment, this is the price shown to you, that's all.
- A lifetime license come with one year premium support by team/improvement/update, after one year you can use service normally (without support by team/improvement/update).
- If you want support by team/improvement/update after 1 year, the fee will be applied equals 30% of annual license price corresponding with current plan.

- The lifetime license is included 1 year support from the development team after paid.
- On next 1 year, if you dont want to get support from team, you can ignore it and use software normally forever.
- When you need support to solve special problems which can't solve by yourself, you should consider to charge support fee up to 30% of annual license of current plan to get support from team.
- You can downgrade the lifetime license to new plan on next years to charge less support fees. (e.g: downgrade 100 modems to 40 modem license, and only charge 30% annual license of 40 modem on next years).
- The system does not refund back the downgrade lifetime license operation.

It's depend on motherboard of your hardware. Our software does not restriction (for more than 100 dongles, please contact us).
You can test the capacity of your hardware by this steps:
- Install our software following by Full guide
- Plug all USB Hub & dongles
- Run command: ifconfig or lsusb to see all devices connected.
If you purchase XProxy XB22, it can support up to 40 dongles in this case.
If you want to the hardware support more than 40 dongles, please looking for the XProxy Mini Server

- Sorry about that, currently our service has not supported. You are only purchase 50 dongles license x 3 servers.
- If you purchased 150 dongles license, you can cancel the current license to get refunds back into account, and then start new 3 server subscriptions.

- VPS Forwarding: Forward proxy ports through a VPS for static public IP — best for business/selling.

These are anti-detection features that help your proxies appear as regular mobile connections:
- TCP/OS Fingerprint Spoofing: Platforms can detect if you're using a proxy by comparing your browser's User Agent with the OS information from your IP. Since proxy servers typically run Linux, this feature masks the OS to appear as Windows, macOS, or iOS.
- DNS Faker: Prevents DNS leaks by forcing DNS requests through your SIM/modem's DNS servers, making your connection consistent with a real mobile phone.
- WebRTC Leak Prevention: Stops browsers from exposing your real IP through WebRTC connections.
- These features are available on Premium and Business plans.
