Learn how to easily buy custom mobile proxy hardware from XProxy and deposit funds into your account balance using automated crypto (Cryptomus) or offline payment options.

Part 1 — How to Purchase XProxy Hardware

Building your own mobile proxy network is straightforward. XProxy offers two convenient ways to acquire hardware:

• Option A: Order Pre-packaged Hardware Kits — Ready-to-go bundles (XH22, XM16, XM55, XCPE) with pre-selected components for 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, or 100 ports.
• Option B: Customize Your Hardware Stack — Configure your own custom server, choose custom modem counts, matching industrial USB hubs, and attach optional software licenses.

Option A — Order Pre-packaged Hardware Kits (The Shop)

If you prefer a plug-and-play kit with zero setup calculations, navigate to our official XProxy Shop:

1. Filter Products: Use the category filter chips to toggle between LTE, LTE+, 5G, All-in-One, and Standalone hardware parts.
2. Select Port Capacity: Choose a preset capacity chip (e.g. 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, or 100 ports) to instantly filter compatible kits.
3. Add to Cart: Click Add to Cart on your desired kit to proceed to checkout. All necessary cables, power supplies, and accessories are automatically included.

Option B — Design a Custom Hardware Stack (The Smart Builder)

For custom proxy counts or custom hardware layouts, use our interactive Smart Builder tool. The builder guides you through 4 steps while ensuring real-time compatibility:

1. Select Modem Hardware: Choose a network transceiver optimized for your bandwidth. Options include:
   • XProxy LTE Dongle XH22: Budget-friendly, reliable LTE.
   • XProxy LTE+ Dongle XM16: High-speed Cat-12, carrier aggregation, external antennas.
   • XProxy 5G Dongle XM55: Ultimate throughput and low latency.
   • XProxy XCPE 5G LAN: Dedicated LAN modems for clean rack setups.
2. Define Capacity: Drag the slider or type the number of modems you want to connect (from 1 to 100+).
3. Infrastructure & Compatibility Check: The builder automatically calculates and displays the required support hardware:
   • Controller Core: The server hardware (like Mini XS Server) pre-installed with XProxy OS.
   • USB Hubs: Automatically matches the correct speed (e.g. USB 3.0 for XM16/XM55 high-speed dongles). Real-time warnings will alert you if you select a USB 2.0 hub with a high-speed modem.
   • LAN switches: Automatically added if LAN-based XCPE modems are selected.
4. Attach Software Subscription: Optionally choose an XProxy OS license tier (Basic, Premium, or Business) and billing cycle (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual with 15% discount, or Lifetime) or click **Skip** to decide later.

Shipping Fees & Quotes

• Automatic Calculation: During checkout, our website automatically calculates shipping rates for most major countries.
• Manual / Telegram Quote: If the checkout does not display a shipping fee for your country, or you have special delivery needs, contact our Telegram Support (@xproxyio). We will manually calculate shipping rates and confirm the order total.

Part 2 — How to Deposit Funds

Before paying for hardware orders or software subscriptions, you need to top up your account balance. We offer two payment paths:

Step 1 — Sign In to Your XProxy Account

Navigate to xproxy.io and click Account in the top-right corner. Complete the sign-in using your Google account or email credentials to access your personalized dashboard console.

Step 2 — Navigate to the Deposit Panel

Go to My Balance → Deposit in the side menu (or access the Deposit Page directly):

1. Select one of our quick-preset deposit cards (e.g., $50, $100, $200, $500) or enter a custom amount in the input field (minimum $10).
2. If you have a promotional discount voucher, type it into the Coupon Code field and click Apply.
3. Choose either Cryptomus or Offline / Bank Transfer as your payment provider.

Step 3a — Complete Payment via Cryptomus (Crypto)

If you prefer automated, instant crypto deposits:

1. With Cryptomus selected, click the deposit button to be securely redirected to the payment gateway.
2. Select your preferred blockchain and cryptocurrency (e.g. USDT TRC-20 for lowest transaction fees).
3. Scan the QR code or copy the deposit address, then send the exact amount from your crypto wallet.
4. Once the transaction is validated on the blockchain network, you will be redirected back, and your balance will update instantly.

Step 3b — Complete Payment via Offline Transfer

If you prefer transferring funds offline:

1. Select Offline / Bank Transfer and click the deposit button. This generates a pending deposit invoice in your invoices list.
2. Copy the newly created Invoice Number (e.g. #INV-XXXX).
3. Open a chat with our official Telegram Support (@xproxyio) and request the offline payment transfer details.
4. Send the exact invoice total and share a screenshot of the payment receipt and your invoice number with our Telegram agent.
5. Our billing team will verify the transfer and credit your balance within 6 hours.
