Install XProxy Software

X-Proxy is fully compatible with all Linux-based devices. This guide will walk you through the process of installing the Free Plan version of X-Proxy on Ubuntu, allowing you to quickly experience its features before committing to purchasing the X-Proxy kit. Additionally, if you require a server with robust configuration to support a proxy business or a large number of proxies for your project, X-Proxy is an excellent choice. Furthermore, X-Proxy supports other brands' devices, such as Proxidize, seamlessly. This means that you can continue using Proxidize's devices while enjoying the cheaper and more feature-rich X-Proxy software.   1. Hardware requirements & setup:
    - Minimum 2G RAM, 64 bits CPU supported.
    - Ubuntu Desktop version 18.04 LTS to 22.04 LTS (64 bits version).
      recommend one: Ubuntu Desktop 22.04.1 ISO.

      Noted in step 6: Advanced Features leave default: None.
  2. Open Terminal & run as root user:
    sudo su
  3. Install required library:
    apt-get update && apt-get install curl -y
  4. Install XProxy software:
    curl -s https://x-proxy.io/install | bash

    - The software will be installed in few minutes depend on hardware and network speed.

    - The server will be rebooted when installation done.

Now your proxy system is ready. Follow this guide to access dashboard of X-Proxy. By default X-Proxy Software installed on Linux PC has not activated yet, you need to activate and upgrade the License to use the full features of X-Proxy. Please follow this guide to active / upgrade the License and speed up your business.
