What is my IP address
and location?
The public IP address websites see when you visit them, where it is located, who runs it, and whether your browser timezone agrees with it.

How this works: our server reads your IP address from this request and looks it up in a location database. Your browser also asks api.ipify.org and Cloudflare's public trace service which IPv4 and IPv6 address it is seen from. They see your IP the same way any website you visit does. The page sends no other data about your device beyond the usual request headers.
What this tells you
Every website you open sees the IP address your traffic leaves from. From that address it can usually work out your country and city, the company that runs the network (ISP and ASN), and whether the address belongs to a home, mobile or datacenter network. This page shows you the same picture a website gets.
Why proxy users check it
After you switch on a proxy, this page should show the proxy's IP and location, not yours. It also shows whether the IP is flagged as datacenter or proxy, which is what anti-fraud systems look at first.
Timezone must agree
A browser in one timezone behind an IP in another is a classic sign of a spoofed or shared account. Antidetect browsers can set the timezone per profile; match it to the IP shown here.
If it is not what you expect
Your real IP still showing means the proxy is not applied to this browser or profile. A real IP in one family only may point to a leak: run the WebRTC leak test and the IPv6 leak test.
Questions
Why is the city wrong?
IP location comes from databases that guess from registration and routing data, so it is accurate for the country but often off by a city or region. Mobile and carrier IPs are the least precise: they often show the carrier's regional hub rather than where you are. Different databases can disagree.
Why do I have both an IPv4 and an IPv6 address?
Many networks give devices both. A website that supports IPv6 may see that one instead of IPv4. If you use an IPv4-only proxy, your real IPv6 address can still be used and expose you. "No IPv6" means your connection has no working IPv6, which is the safer result.
Does a timezone mismatch get my account blocked?
It is one signal among many, and a mismatch alone rarely causes a block. But it is cheap for a website to check and it is a common reason accounts are flagged as using a proxy. Matching the browser timezone to the IP removes it.
Want an IP that looks like a real phone user?
XProxy turns USB 4G/5G modems and Android phones into mobile proxies on real carrier IPs, so the address, ISP and location on this page belong to a genuine mobile network.
